The Bern office is on Bundesgasse, the second one in Murten on Französische Kirchgasse. Advice covers children's affairs and parenthood, marriage and partnership, separation and divorce, and the dissolution of partnerships, alongside marital agreements and questions around real estate and assets. Family matters involving LGBTQ couples are also handled.

The team includes several lawyers, notaries, and mediators. Among them are Katharina Arm and Simona Flaminia Liechti, both of whom also act as child representatives, with Liechti additionally holding the SAV specialist title in family law, as well as Claudine Eggen, who works as both lawyer and notary. Sibyl Matter is a notary, an SAV mediator, and holds the SAV specialist title in inheritance law. The firm appears both in court and out of court, and handles notarization through its affiliated notarial office.
