MLL Legal grew out of Meyerlustenberger Lachenal, a firm founded in 1885, and has built a broad corporate law client base spanning financial institutions, industrial companies and family offices. The team handles private M&A transactions, capital increases, the structuring of holding companies and IPO preparation.
