On the landlord side the work covers lease agreements, unpaid rent, evictions and the enforcement of claims. The firm handles rent reduction cases arising from defects such as mold, broken appliances, poor insulation, water damage or noise. Beyond tenancy law it covers further areas including construction, family, employment and inheritance law. Work is done in German and French.
