The tax practice of Lenz & Staehelin covers the full spectrum, from tax structuring of M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations to advice on real estate deals and investment funds, through to estate planning and moves to and from Switzerland. The practice group is present in Zurich, Geneva, and Lausanne.
The tax practice is led jointly by Jean-Blaise Eckert and Pascal Hinny. Eckert advises multinational corporations and high net worth individuals on tax and inheritance matters, while Hinny focuses on international tax planning, M&A, and tax litigation. The team also handles tax disputes before Swiss authorities and courts.
