Pont-Rouge Avocats was founded in 2018 and operates from Route des Jeunes 9 in Geneva, on the eleventh floor near the Léman Express station Lancy-Pont-Rouge. The team includes around eight lawyers. Advice is given in French, English, and German, complemented by Spanish, Dutch, and Swiss German.
The focus is on commercial and corporate law. The firm supports the formation and restructuring of companies, with particular attention to SMEs and start-ups, drafts and negotiates contracts, and represents clients in shareholder and commercial disputes. Its lawyers are members of, among others, the Geneva bar association (ODAGE) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA). Rémy Bucheler was elected as an alternate judge at the Geneva civil court in January 2025.
