Reutlaw

Reutlaw was founded and is led by Milena Reutlinger, who set up the firm in Zurich in 2021. She has been admitted to the bar since 2011, studied in Zurich, and before going independent worked in Singapore and Shanghai, among other places, as well as at firms in Zug and Zurich. The office is located at Klosbachstrasse 103, and advice is given in German and English.

The focus is on founders, SMEs, and investors. Reutlaw supports company formations and investments, drafts contracts, advises on employment law, and handles litigation. There is also an on-call lawyer model. Reutlinger brings several years of experience with Bitcoin and distributed ledger technology and is a member of the Swiss Bar Association as well as the Zurich Bar Association.
