Anwaltskanzlei Mägerle

Anwaltskanzlei Mägerle is located at Obergasse 19 in Winterthur's old town, about a ten minute walk from the main train station. It was founded in January 2016 by Daniel Mägerle, who runs it as its owner. He is a lawyer and a certified SAV specialist in employment law, holding that certification since 2009, and is a member of both the Zurich and the Swiss Bar Association.

The firm's main focus areas are employment law, sports law and contract law. It also covers social insurance, inheritance, corporate and data protection law, along with representation in court proceedings. Clients include private individuals and companies, meaning both employees and employers. Depending on who is involved, advice is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, with Spanish offered by Daniel Mägerle himself. Besides the founder, the team includes a legal consultant, administrative staff and trainees.
