Green Avocats

Green Avocats runs two offices, one at Rue Ferdinand-Hodler 9 in Geneva and one at Route de Saint-Cergue 33 in Nyon. Third-party liability is a dedicated practice area at the firm, explicitly including support for accident victims. That includes calculating the damage and dealing with the social insurance questions that typically run in parallel after an accident.

The firm in its current form has existed since 2022, having grown out of the earlier structure Green & Lubini. The team includes two partners, Vanessa Green and Charles Piguet, plus several lawyers and an administrative secretariat. Charles Piguet names criminal law and liability law as his focus areas. Advice is given in French and English, with German and Spanish also available.
