Studer Zahner Anwälte

Studer Zahner Anwälte has existed since 2001 and is present at three locations: St. Gallen, Kreuzlingen, and Wil. The firm describes itself as lawyers for law that affects people existentially, in accidents, illness, work, and inheritance matters. In insurance and liability law, it says that to preserve its independence it represents only injured individuals and never insurance companies.

The team includes five lawyers, among them Dieter Studer and Roland Zahner, along with a certified social insurance expert. The firm is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Thurgau and St. Gallen bar associations, and the association of specialist lawyers for liability and insurance law. By its own account (as of August 2023), it has handled several thousand cases and more than 1,800 brief consultations.
